International scientific registries ORCID, CrossRef (DOI) and Socrates-Notion in the GISAP project

In accordance with the agreements concluded between the IASHE, ORCID Inc. and Publishers International Linking Association, Inc. (PILA), participation of stakeholders in the GISAP project involves the following forms of the authoritative international identification of scientists and their scientific creativity:
1) Authors of scientific reports published within the GISAP project in issues of the IASHE are to be automatically registered and provided with the unique ORCID system identification code ( Such a code is one of the key factors in formation of the scientist's international ranking. The ORCID digital identifier ensures: correct citing of publications; operative search for publication through the search engines; significant facilitation of publication of original reports in prestigious international scientific issues; optimization of the procedure of author's participation in international scientific rankings and contests for getting grants for the scientific work.
2) Original scientific reports published in the IASHE editions are subject to registry recording and digital identification through assignment of the DOI codes in the CrossRef service ( to such works. DOI is a unique alphanumerical index assigned individually to a certain scientific report officially published and presented as a digital electronic object (report, article, monograph, book chapter etc.). Using the DOI instrument quick search and identification of the scientific work is ensured by providing access to the electronic publication on the corresponding Internet resource (website).

Currently the International Academy of Science and Higher Education is at the final stage of development of our own international scientific registry Socrates-Notion. The registry will be characterized by unique features in presentation of scientists and scientific works, as well as the researchers' copyright protection. As soon as this project is finished, information about its launch will be officially announced.
